You need to change in your email program, some SMTP settings

Open the advanced settings in your email program and locate the check boxes

A. "My outgoing server (SMTO) requires Authentication", Check this box

B. "My outgoing server (SMTP) login and password "Use same login
     password as my incoming (POP3) server", check this box

Please do NOT check any boxes that have "SSL" in them.
